Stockwell Steppers will practice on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week until 3:30 p.m.
Spring Picture order forms are due no later than tomorrow, Wednesday, by the end of the school day.
Paragon Fundraiser items will be available for pick up on Thursday, April 17 after 1:00 p.m. Please make arrangements to pick up large orders. Large orders can not be taken on the bus (including cookie dough) and can not be stored at school overnight.
Please keep our Stockwell family in your thoughts and prayers today. Three of our families lost their homes and all possessions in the Sugar Mill Creek fire last night. Stockwell is accepting gift cards and monetary donations which will be divided amongst the families. Donations may be brought in to the school office.
Thank you to all who contributed to Penny Wars! We raised $542.48 to donate to Juvenile Diabetes Research. Congratulations to the 1st grade who raised a total of $256.51!

Is your student in need of some extra help with schoolwork? Tutoring is being offered by Mrs. Christina Bartlett, a regular sub at Stockwell. If you are interested, please call her at 812-677-2932.
The lost and found is overflowing! Please check for any items that you might be missing.
Days like we've had recently really emphasize the necessity of the school having correct phone numbers on file for every student. Please remember to contact the office with any changes in phone numbers or address.
Information regarding Full-Day Summer Childcare is available in the Stockwell daycare office located in the cafeteria.

Please remember that school hours are 7:55 a.m until 2:16 p.m. Students are expected to be in their seats and ready to learn at 7:55 each morning. Tardies are on the rise and parents are encouraged to have their students here on time each morning and through dismissal at 2:16.

Please contact the office if you are interested in an application for the weekend backpack program. The program is sponsored by the Tri State Food Bank and provides meals for students for the weekend.
Research has shown that starting the day with a nutritious breakfast helps students stay alert and perform better in school. A nutritious breakfast is available each day from 7:30 a.m.until 7:55 a.m. in your school cafeteria. The regular price for breakfast is $1.25. Reduced price breakfast is $.30. The breakfast menu can be found on the EVSC web site.
Don't forget your .25 this Friday for popcorn or animal crackers! Popcorn days are every Friday!
